How to test: the inbox bubble in the bottom-right is the
admin-side inbox widget. Open a second tab as someone
in this person's hierarchy (links in the table below, or the “Logged in as” menu),
then chat between the tabs. Messages to someone who is offline are saved and
show a “they'll reply soon” notice. The Assistant at the top of the
inbox answers from the tenant's admin panel knowledge base (Portal → Knowledge → “Admin panel staff”).
